Starting with 0.0.5, we removed the 7-day trial, license keys, and the whole purchase/activation flow — download it and use every feature, with no device limits and no renewals or deactivations to worry about.

Other improvements
- Show in Dock — a new toggle under Settings → General (menu-bar-only by default)
- Automatically check for updates — turn it off to update manually
- Better first-run onboarding — the welcome screen points to the menu bar icon so new users can find it
- Apple Silicon only — macOS 27 no longer supports Intel, so official builds and distribution are now arm64
Install / Update
- Grab the DMG (or ZIP) from the download page
- Open the image and drag Magic Mirror into Applications
- Already installed? Sparkle will offer the update in-app — or use Check for Updates
